How We Work
We start by reading your actual deactivation notice, your account health data, your message history with Amazon, and any appeals you have already submitted. That diagnosis comes before any writing — because the notice tells you the policy category, not the real trigger, and the two are often different.
From there we draft the appeal or funds request, walk you through it before it is submitted, and follow up through to a decision. If a case needs escalation — arbitration, a regulatory complaint, or counsel — we tell you at that point rather than after you have paid for something we cannot deliver.
What We Won’t Do
We publish our limits, because the things we refuse to do are the same things that get accounts permanently banned.
