Amazon Reinstatement Services

We do four things: diagnose why Amazon actually deactivated your account, write the appeal, recover held funds, and tell you honestly when a case is not winnable. We work across Amazon US, UK, UAE and Canada, and we have handled more than 1,000 cases over six years.
We are not a law firm and we are not a template service. We sit between them, and that is deliberate.
Amazon sellers come to us with a Seller Central account that stopped working — deactivated, funds frozen, or both — and we work inside that account with you until it’s resolved.
Account Reinstatement
Most failed appeals fail for the same reason: they answer a question Amazon did not ask. Your notice names a policy category, not the behaviour that triggered enforcement. Everything depends on identifying the real trigger first.
We read the notice, the account health data, the message history, and the listing record. Then we write. Not the other way round.

Plan of Action Writing
A working plan of action is not a persuasive essay. It is a structured argument with three parts: root cause, corrective action, preventive measures. Amazon reviewers read at volume against a checklist. Emotion, length, and apology do nothing.
The most common mistake is a root cause that is really an excuse. “Our supplier let us down” is not a root cause. “We did not verify supplier documentation before listing, because we had no verification step in our onboarding process” is.
Held Funds and Disbursement Recovery
This is the part almost nobody else treats as a real practice area, and it is the reason most sellers come to us.
Your suspension and your money are two separate fights on two separate clocks. Reinstatement does not automatically release a reserve. Since October 2024 the post-deactivation appeal window has been 60 days, not 90 — and it starts the day you are deactivated, not the day you finish appealing.
Sellers lose money by sequencing this wrong: 60 days fighting the suspension, then looking at the funds once the window has already closed.

Appeal Rejected? Recovery Cases
If you have been rejected three or four times, the problem is almost never your wording. It is that every appeal so far has addressed the wrong root cause, and each one has added to a case log the next reviewer reads.
Repeat rejections make cases harder, not impossible. But they change the strategy: you are no longer just making an argument, you are correcting a record.
Marketplaces We Cover
Amazon US, UK, UAE and Canada. The enforcement mechanics differ more than most sellers expect — different verification documents, different regulators, and in the UK a funds escalation route that does not exist in the US.
What We Will Not Do
We will not fabricate invoices, we will not help you evade account linking, and we will not promise a reinstatement nobody can guarantee. If your case needs a lawyer, we will tell you.
Start With A Free Case Review
Send us your notice. We will tell you what we think actually triggered it, what we would do, and whether we think it is winnable. No charge, and an honest answer if the answer is no.
Why Sellers Choose a Reinstatement Service Over Doing It Alone
A professional Amazon reinstatement service exists because the appeal process rewards specificity, not effort. We have read thousands of Performance Notifications and know which policy category maps to which real trigger. That pattern recognition is the actual product — not the writing itself.
Our reinstatement service covers the full lifecycle of a case: diagnosis, drafting, submission, and follow-up through to a decision. When a case needs funds recovery alongside reinstatement, that runs in parallel from day one, not as an afterthought once the account itself is back.
Working With Our Reinstatement Service
Every engagement starts the same way: send us the notice. From there, our reinstatement service reviews your account health data, your prior appeals if any exist, and the specific policy cited, before drafting anything. That order matters — writing before diagnosing is the single biggest reason appeals fail.
