What We Won’t Do

Every limit below has cost us work. We are publishing them anyway, because the things we refuse to do are the same things that get accounts permanently banned.

We Will Not Fabricate Documents

No invented invoices. No altered dates or quantities. No supplier letters we wrote ourselves. No fabricated letters of authorisation, bank records, or utility bills.

This is not squeamishness. Amazon verifies invoices with suppliers directly. When a document fails verification you do not go back to where you started — you move from a recoverable suspension to a permanent ban with a fraud finding attached. The service that made the document is gone. You are the one holding it.

If your paperwork is genuinely weak, that is a real problem, and we will work the case honestly around what you actually have.

We Will Not Help You Evade Account Linking

We will not advise you on VPS setups, device separation, or identity structuring to avoid Amazon’s linking systems.

Amazon links accounts on signals most sellers never think about, and circumvention is itself a violation. Getting caught evading is worse than the original flag. If you have a genuine related account, the strategy is to explain the true relationship accurately — that works far more often than sellers expect.

How related account appeals actually work

We Will Not Guarantee Reinstatement

Anyone guaranteeing a specific outcome is either lying or does not understand the process. Amazon’s decision is Amazon’s. We control the quality and accuracy of what we submit. Nothing else.

You will see “98% success rate” and “guaranteed reinstatement” across this industry. Ask what the denominator is.

We Will Not Take a Case We Do Not Think We Can Help

We turn work away. If your funds hold is smaller than the realistic cost of recovery, we will say so. If your case needs a lawyer, we will say that instead of billing you. If we think the account is genuinely gone, you will hear it from us before you pay us.

You are already in a bad month. You do not need someone taking your money to tell you what you could have heard for free.

We Will Not Pretend to Be Lawyers

We are consultants. We understand the Business Solutions Agreement, we understand arbitration and regulatory escalation routes, and we can tell you when your case has that shape. We do not represent you in arbitration or litigation. When you need counsel, we will say so.

Why We Publish This

Because the reinstatement industry has a scam problem, and “trust us” is what the scammers say too. Limits are checkable. Promises are not.
