Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is the UK’s independent body for resolving disputes between consumers or small businesses and regulated financial firms. This includes Amazon Payments UK Limited, giving UK sellers a regulatory escalation route that does not exist in the US.
